Very cool! The outer and inner architecture and design is fabulous and it seems like a unique experience in terms of learning about wine globally. Great post!

Although I've been to Bordeaux several times, I haven't visited "La Cité du Vin" yet. Gabi gives a lovely overview of her experience there, with great photos! Cheers!

Thank you, as always! I 'stole' the official press photos because mine aren't that good. And I would definitely recommend visiting this museum because it's educational and really fun :)

To tell you the truth, I don't remember - the wine cellar was enormous and we looked for a specific wine. I don't see it mentioned on their website.

Thanks. I’ll plan a visit. The things added to wines here really give me a difficult time.

I enjoyed drinking it on the outside of the Belvedere bar, I liked the idea of such a viewpoint.

Great post. I went there a couple of years ago and loved it!! It was very well done and interesting. I love Bordeaux as well - have been three times! It's underrated! Great river walk there. Nothing like sipping on some Bordeaux, in Bordeaux!
